This Relativity Australian-made 44052 kit replaces the Proxxon German-made 28187 and 28188, discontinued in 2012/2013. The vented one-litre HDPE reservoir is mounted on a stainless steel support bracket, matching the M4 tapped mounting centres of the bandsaw. An alloy control valve regulates flow through 5mm bore flexible PVC tubing, to a port on the optional 28187w top blade guide with water port.

Our 44052 kit includes two plastic table nipples, draining the bandsaw's peripheral table groove via 10mm flexible PVC tubing, to the stainless steel coolant and particulate tray, in turn equipped for waste drainage. Jewellers instead collect the precious lemel from the mirror-finish, radius corner tray.

Your Proxxon bandsaw (not included) is supported clear of any collected water and partticulates, on four pedestals, rubber sealed to the tray. Dual stainless steel RHS legs allow the bandsaw often to be used without attaching it to the bench, but offer four screw holes for bench attachment if preferred.

Unlike the discontinued German product, you may now move the machine and our 44052 kit complete, without breaking the water seal.

• Pre-drilled stainless steel tray with 10mm drain nipple, o-ring, nut and drain elbow, to be user fitted if desired.
