This Relativity Australian-made 44054 kit replaces the German-made 28187 and 28188, discontinued in 2012/2013. The vented one-litre HDPE reservoir is mounted on a stainless steel support bracket, matching the M4 tapped mounting centres of the sander. An alloy control valve regulates flow through 5mm bore flexible PVC tubing, to the snout on the sander's splash guard, or any roving location. Water cooling is useful during sanding of metals and plastics.

Our 44054 kit includes the stainless steel coolant and particulate tray, in turn equipped for waste drainage. Jewellers instead collect the precious lemel from the mirror-finish, radius corner tray. This tray is prepared for the included 10mm tray drain tubing, nipple and elbow.

Your Proxxon disc sander (not included) is supported clear of any collected water and particulates, on four pedestals, rubber sealed to the tray. These mount below the sander and include stainless steel M4 screws and nuts. Dual stainless steel RHS legs allow the sander often to be used without attaching it to the bench, but offer four screw holes for bench attachment if preferred.

Unlike the discontinued German product, you may now move the machine and our 44054 kit complete, without breaking the water seal.
