our Minimum starting cost for shipping is $10.66

you receive a tracking number when shipped,

When we offer flat rate shipping promotions (these are for Australia ony)

DELIVERY TIME:  

All products ordered that are currently in stock will be despatched same day if ordered befor 3pm, or next dayfor after 3pm.
Allow between 1-8 working days for delivery* (depending on destination address) from you order being despatched.

Orders ove $100 Can Not Be sent to P.O box's.
All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will take between 4-8 days to arrive in our store. (we will let you know in this case)
We can delivery direct to a relative or friend ( eg. present ), as long as buyers information has been approved by Web Server Security processing.

Express delivery  We do our best for all to leave the same day , this may not always happen due to unforeseen circumstance.

RETURNS: 
All returns are subject to a restocking FEE,
All returns, The CUSTOMER PAYS the return postage to get the product, products back to My Tool Store.
Dremel returns subject to a 10% restocking Fee.
Proxxon returns subject to a 20% restocking Fee.
All other products subject to a 15% restocking Fee.
